The property is a quaint no frills B&B with an awesome host Robert and his wonderful mom. It's very quite. The room was spacious; the bathroom was not attached to the room but that was not an issue. Socialize at breakfast was fun; we do not look for venues base on BF so. The facilities outside the room looked like advertised; lived in. Most of our time is spent away from any property so we don't need much to satisfy us; the property met our needs, The train station for trips to Cinque Terry is close so that's a big plus. A sign(s) marking the road would be nice.

This beautiful B&B is tucked away from the busyness of La Spezia. Only a 15-mins drive to the city, it makes a great launching point for travelers looking to do 5 Terres. The traditional Italian home has a lot of character, but of course the best part of the experience was the kind and friendly family that runs the establishment. You can look forward to a delicious breakfast every morning- just what you'll need if you intend to walk the 5 cities. Warning to those driving: make sure you're prepared for the unpaved and steep roads leading up to the B&B. Certainly worth the extra drive if you an make it.

Beautiful hillside home. Large and clean you’ll get a very Quiet night sleep and wake up to birds chirping in the morning. The owner is wonderful and grows every thing organic on the property breakfast was fresh eggs from the hen house, the most delicious local flowers honey from his on-site bee hives, fruit trees grapes tomatoes olive and herbs I absolutely loved it. I will gladly come back.

Roberto and his Mum were incredibly hospitable throughout our stay. Roberto offered lifts to and from the station every day and provided information on places to visit. Roberto’s Mum prepared an exceptional breakfast every day with a smile. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable and bathroom was cleaned everyday. We would highly recommend staying here to have an authentic experience of Italy and the Cinque Terre region.

Highly recommended, peaceful countryside home
Robert is a great host who made sure we were well taken care of at all times. He offered to pick us up from the train station and drop us off whenever it was needed, though we enjoyed the 10 min walk through his peaceful neighborhood down to the station. It was a nice escape from the crowds of Cinque Terre and a stop off the train in La Spezia offers food and shopping options before reaching Vezzano where the B&B is located. True hospitality shown at this B&B, highly recommended!

Excellent place
Robert is very friendly. He is a great guy. He is extremely helpful and takes great care of his guests. He is a great trip advisor. He guided me and helped me plan my further trip in Italy. He believes in giving his best services and cares about your comfort. I had a great time at his house. I will surely recommend this B&B to my friends and family. Thank you Robery for everything and making my time great in Cinque Terre.

Pleasant B and B with great hosts
The proprietor had not expected guests after the end of the season but welcomed us warmly. He provided great advice on how to get to Cinque Terre, what to do and printed out the train timetable for us. The rooms are large and well presented. The breakfast was homely. The owner is upgrading the facilities for next season and plans to provide an outdoor area for guests - it will make for a very pleasant situation. Don't try and take a care to see Cinque Terre - parking is mission impossible. I would recommend guests stay at least 2 nights if they want to visit Cinque Terre. Take an early train to the most distant town, look around, then take the train to the next stop and look around and repeat until arriving at Riomaggiore, have your evening meal there as there are no restaurants near the accommodation and then take the train to Vezzano Ligure from which it is a short distance to Da Fiorina. The access road to Da Fiorina is a little narrow, particularly if you have a larger vehicle but location is well sign posted - park below the house if you prefer.

Small country farm on a near a small town
Really loved it! Robert was very attentive to our needs. Picked us up and delivered us back to the train station! He also brought us to and from a very nice restaurant in the nearby village. His mother served us her homemade marmalade and a fresh baked fruit bread! Really awesome stay. Since we were the only guests, Robert let us stay in the large apartment upstairs. We would recommend this b n b highly. Also, it was located 20 minutes by train from the sea.

Great hotel but kind of a hike to town...
We stayed here wanting a place close to the train station and downtown. This hotel did not disappoint as far as its facilities. It was the most like an American hotel we stayed in during our Italian trip on a budget. It was very nice. The only problem we had was that it was hike there from town. You only had to take one bus, but it was kind of frustrating to have to commute to town. Otherwise though, great place.
