Location. This beautiful characteristic house in Viareggio is only 700 metres from the sandy beach. The house is centrally located with all the advantages one can appreciate. Bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds are within walking distance. During your holiday you can easily do without a car. The house is tastefully and modernly furnished.
Layout: The house has a total area of approx. 90 m². On the ground floor there is the living room with a small courtyard where you will find a washing machine and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a very large loft with a double bed and the possibility of adding 2 beds.
