La Casa di Alby
the property it is one of the first houses built in what is now the historic center of Torre del Lago Puccini. It took two years to renovate the property but nothing was left out. Starting from the foundation the main structure has been reinforced, the two rooms of 18 square meters on the ground floor have been merged to create a large living room that with its 4-meter high ceilings and large north-facing windows mitigate the heat of summer days. A big window-door give access directly to the rear porch and to the garden of about 100 SQM. At first floor the two bed rooms of about 18 SQM each maintaining the original layout, a large bathroom has been added. The attic has been recovered and now there are two more double bedrooms to the house.

Obwohl unsere Anreise sich verzögerte, war der Check-in unproblematisch. Albert ist sehr sympathisch und hilft, wo er kann.
Das Haus ist wunderschön! Es wurde liebevoll renoviert und war für uns genau das richtige.

Maison avec confort (magasins, transport et plage)
Maison très bien située (gare, plage et commerces).
Maison avec 4 belles chambres (2 au 1er étage et 2 au 2eme étage, toutes climatisees. Seule 1 chambre donne sur la route avec du bruit.
Emplacement idéal pour visiter la Toscane et les 5 terres.
Propriétaire disponible et sympathique.

große Wohnung, sehr netter Vermieter
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der großzügigen und geschmackvoll renovierten Altbauwohnung sehr genossen. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Unser Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat sich immer sofort um unsere Fragen und Wünsche gekümmert. Ein Nachteil ist die Lage an der Hauptstraße. Das Schlafzimmer zur Straße ist nachts recht laut. Dafür entschädigt aber die Terrasse und der Garten im Hinterhof. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen.
