Pretty studio of about 35 square meters is located on the fourth floor of a stately old building with a lift (but not suitable for the disabled). We are in the historic center of Vicenza, which is a place to be discovered: with the Palladian Basilica , the Olympic Theater, churches, traditional taverns and many enchanting views between the river and the parks.
Our apartment has a living area with a double sofa bed and a dining area, an open kitchen and a sleeping area with a double bed.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need - stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, cups, glasses and kitchen utensils.
Bathroom with shower and bidet.
Other amenities available to guests: WiFi, air conditioning (1 split), independent heating with heat pump, LED TV, coat rack, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
Guest Access
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DEPOSIT THE LUGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND PICK THE KEYS FROM 11 AM, AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE YOU FINISH THE CLEANING.
We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange a late check-out if possible. It will be possible to leave after 11am on the day of check-out, in case there are no other incoming guests. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.

PLEASE NOTE:
- All guests' identity documents must be shown upon arrival as required by Italian law.
Upon your arrival you will be required to pay the tourist tax of € 2 per person per night, for the first 5 nights only, as requested by the municipality of Vicenza.
- For check-ins after the scheduled times the following supplements are required:
* after 9.30 pm and until 11 pm a supplement of 25 euros is required
* after 11pm and until midnight a supplement of 30 euros is required
* after midnight and up to 1.30 a supplement of 40 euros is required
We are unable to check in after 1.30.
