I will stay again in this hotel.

The location of the hotel was on the main road of Douglas Street which was easily located. The accommodation is excellent, but hotel has no provision of Drinking Water for the guests, which I found in other hotels in Victoria. Shampoo was not available to take a clean shower. Soap quality needs improvement.

This place is close to downtown and there is free parking. There are restaurants and fast places near by. Hotel is close to the main road and twice I was woken up around 5 am by ambulances. I have stayed there twice and the price is right.

The Inn and the room were clean. We were there when there was a big snow dump. The parking lot was icy with the slop which making parking was a challenge and unsafe. Overall, I am happy with my stay. I would recommend the Inn.

This is my second time staying at the Arbutus Inn. Much like my first stay, I found the room to be immaculately clean. The bathroom was obviously recently renovated, with very modern and elegant finishes. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to spend a few nights in central Victoria, I highly recommend the Arbutus Inn.

I love that the ground floor is laid out so well. So easy for us to get to our room. We liked the fact that the ground floor opens up into the main reception area were there are staff members to greet you. The staff is ready to assist in getting a taxi etc. etc. Knowledgeable about the area which is also nice. The only thing we found odd is that there were no telephone books anywhere to be found....kind of funny actually. Great stay!
