The phones didnt work couldn’t call front desk the tv didn’t work. The directions were wrong. I had cockroaches in the bed. We left and when somewhere else. Trying to get a refund. We have pictures of the roaches

The hotel gave away the king suite I booked, so I had no choice but to take a double queen bed room. Lady at the desk was obviously having a personal call on her phone while at the front desk, on speaker, and was very loud and oblivious. Roach found in the bathroom. I won’t stay there again.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was a great verity of choices and delicious! The room was clean but a dampness to it. Will stay here again in the future.
