We had a quick and easy check in. The room was well air conditioned when we entered and smelled fresh. We had a problem with getting the tv working properly and went down to the reception desk and the lady on duty ...I wish I had asked her name. But she went above and beyond to get it working. And succeeded!

Our technician stayed at Lone Star Inn & suites for two days. When he checked out on the second day, we had to make him a reservation for a third day at another hotel because he was COVERED with bed bug bites and itching and scratching. He checked with the other technicians staying there and they had the same problem. This is totally unacceptable.

the property beds are like bricks. demanded a scan of my driver's license, you have to get to the property by one direction only. lots of people walking through the property. Do not recommend for any one will not stay there again

Front desk clerk was great. The room wasn't clean, bathroom tub was dirty and clogged, the walls were disgusting. The beds were ok. Could hear everything from the top floor, the stomping. Didnt get much sleep.
