This is my third visit. The hotel is dated, but was high end in it's day and is VERY well kept up. Best value proposition in the Victoria Harbor area. Very walkable to everything.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations to the point that I am actively looking for places I can give 10/10 reviews on it. It was impeccable clean and well maintained, for its age one could expect a certain ‘tiredness’ but it was beautifully upkept, tidy and spotless. Staff were polite and happy, parking was a dream, secure and high clearance, rooms were immaculate and spacious, bed comfortable, kitchenette very well stocked - an absolute pleasure to stay here. Great pricing too. I’ll never stay anywhere else in Victoria moving forward. 10/10

We enjoyed our stay here as rhe room was comfortable and the hotel was very easy to get to. Coming from a stay in Vancouver, the hotel is abit more dated than our other hotel but felt homely.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. We were so close to the inner harbour (1 block away ). There is so much to do and see within walking distance of the hotel. We will definitely come again.

Love the suite arrangement. Full kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom area. Nice space. Appliances, fans, toilets very loud. Although we realize it's an old building! Courteous and helpful staff. Superb location with a competitive price for downtown. Affordable, thank you! Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed two nights in a manor suite at the Royal Scot. Great location downtown and easy walk to many of the downtown attractions. The suite was well equipped with the basic kitchen equipment and a comfortable living room and separate bedroom. This 1975 property retains that kind of dated vibe in the room but it was clean and well maintained.
