We have stayed before and were not disappointed. Loft room was lovely, clean, spacious, well supplied. Love the big windows (which we could open!). the location is fantastic for walking. As we had been before, we were not worried about off-site parking. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Will absolutely stay again.

This was a great location in Victoria with tons of stuff to do with in walking distance. The only complaint is no parking but there is multiple garages around the area.

Terri the front of house manager was one of the best people I have seen in my 18yrs in the service industry. She went waaay over and above. The “room” was a HUGE LOFT! Easily one of the best places I have stayed in a very long time and I have travelled extensively across Canada

Close to everything. Parking could have been an issue but Victoria Parkade a short walk away and convenient App to pay / extend. Staff were super nice. Room big and great amenities. Coukd do with a little amount of TLC. Would recommend it and woukd come again!
