Rooms are quiet, well appointed with amenities like a small stove top, microwave oven, refrigerator and dishwasher with dinnerware dining area.The bathroom is spacious. The bed is big and comfy. Staff are courteous and helpful. The dining room has a lovely, cozy ambiance with full service for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A bonus for dog lovers is that it’s also pet friendly. The location is convenient to downtown and very walkable. I would definitely stay there again.

The best place to stay in Victoria HANDS DOWN
The Place is located in a quiet part of James Bay but within walking distance to all downtown Victoria - the room was amazing! will stay there again. The food was amazing as well ! 5 freaking starts for sure!!

Always a great stay at Oswego - love the area and the convenience of the rooms being more like condos. Staff helpful and friendly! Lovely views. Been staying there for years -- my only wish is that they would upgrade the gym :-)

The stay was very good. The only difficulty was we were given a nice room with the view we preferred. However while we left to wait for check in time, the room was no longer available (no reasonable explanation as to why) and we given a room that did not have a suitable view. After considerable debate we were given a more suitable room with a better view but on a lower floor. It seems that when you book though Hotels.com that you take second.

All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The underground parking was great and the hotel was centrally located. The only downside is the proximity to the sea plane terminal which meant you could not sleep in.
