The location was excellent as we were able to walk around the area with ease. Probably the most comfortable bed of our vacation. Liked they had underground parking as we were on bikes and didn’t want to leave on street. Valets for parking very helpful to us.

Great hotel in a good area
Stayed here for 2 nights on a tour of BC. Hotel and staff are great. My only criticsm is that our sleep was disrupted twice in the night due to loud noises.

Untrained staff at check-in, poor customer service and lazy valet, worse part was the loud construction across from the hotel - not mentioned on the website. M lounge is low quality for MARRIOTT served only scrambled eggs 5 consecutive mornings (including Saturday) and did not wipe off all tables. Location is central however behind the Empress hotel.

Great location, good restaurant. Internet not very stable, hard to connect and staff support with internet was NOT helpful. Also keys continued to get de-programmed requiring multiple trips to front desk. Overall average experience.
