The hotel was nice and fairly new. The bed was ok but a little bit thin n stiff. When we went to check out there wasn’t anyone at the front desk so didn’t get to look at the bill. When we got home we were charged theee nights instead of two n it took a few days to get out money credited to our card. Why no one was at the desk when the time frame was when everyone was checking out I don’t know. If they had I would have caught the error.

Everything was great overall. However, the pillow was so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep. It was so bad that I decided to leave Thursday night instead of staying another night and leave Friday morning. There should be different thickness of pillow. It cranks my neck so bad, it was uncomfortable and therefore couldn't sleep.
