Considering i stay over 15years 50-100 hotel nights a year in europe of which often kempinskis i say with good heart that have never experienced more bad service and attitude than in this hotel. The entire front office staff and food and beverage management should be fired. Lobby bar where where max 3 tables occupied could not ask ONCE if we want something to order.. when they brought new drinks after we somehow catch them they left table uncleaned of hours old snack left overs etc. But the best part was when we told 1h advance we need taxi to airport.. some utterly useless doorman who said often 5 minutes failed.. we where about to loose very expensive flights and as time passsed the incredible doorman got more less caring and said go take a train and walked away. When we politely but strongly said we expect 5 start hotel in capital find us taxi in one hour he saif what a F.. you want more from me.. i tried.. even grosses the street where was maraton. Reception was equally useless attitude and only my eventual total yelling at them and proposing one employee would use personal car ONE very nice personell Samy saved our trip. Thank You to him as he was only person worthy to be saying he works in Kempinski. I have shared this experience wih over 100 frequent business travelers i know. Ofc my Vienna friends said Kempinski Vienna is last they recommend anyway but this was top. The stay was 7.5-8.5.2022

We take your feedback very seriously and have discussed it in detail with the respective staff members to ensure that any issues are resolved. However, we would like to clearly distance ourselves from the accusation that our staff did not assist you in getting to the airport. As the internationally renowned charity run "Wings for Life" took place in Vienna on the day in question, there were roadblocks and delays throughout the city. Because of this, no taxis could get to the hotel. In view of the difficult traffic situation and the urgency, our staff recommended using public transport, as this is a reliable, safe and very convenient alternative in Vienna. We are very sorry that this was misunderstood and interpreted as a lack of helpfulness, but this is neither the intention of our staff nor does it reflect our attitude. Basically perfect

Everything was great, the location, the room, the service and staff. There is really nothing negative to say. Would go again.

Beautiful Vienna Experience

As an older woman traveling alone, this hotel could not have been better. From the first moment, with an offer of cold water until the last when a taxi for my trip to the airport was quickly hailed for me, it was exceptional. The room was beautiful and with the easy to manage iPad, I could do everything without searching. The dining was fabulous, even to lunch in the lobby. The staff was exceedingly helpful, getting me English newspapers, printing my boarding pass, making change for me, seeing to every need in a very cheerful manner. I will stay in Kempinski hotels whenever I can.

Great family holiday
