Dear Mr. Hirv, We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your stay at our hotel. We take your feedback very seriously and have discussed it in detail with the respective staff members to ensure that any issues are resolved. However, we would like to clearly distance ourselves from the accusation that our staff did not assist you in getting to the airport. As the internationally renowned charity run "Wings for Life" took place in Vienna on the day in question, there were roadblocks and delays throughout the city. Because of this, no taxis could get to the hotel. In view of the difficult traffic situation and the urgency, our staff recommended using public transport, as this is a reliable, safe and very convenient alternative in Vienna. We are very sorry that this was misunderstood and interpreted as a lack of helpfulness, but this is neither the intention of our staff nor does it reflect our attitude.
