This is my second stay at this hotel which I chose for its location and hotel’s service. I’m am very pleased with the hotel and its service. The food at is bistro is excellent. Quiet, clean, prompt elevators, not crowded and no noisy.

Had a wonderful time in Vienna, which was made all that much easier by being in walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Booked the Vivaldi concert at Charles’s Church very close by, which was wonderful and reasonably priced. When I say walkable I was getting in about 16000 steps a day, which I saw as a plus!

Really, no iron?
Clean rooms and fairly quiet. Appreciated the L’Occitaine toiletries. I don’t understand why there is no iron & ironing board in the room. When my husband called down to the front desk, he didn’t even complete his sentence, they knew immediately what he was calling for. So management, why not let the staff do something more productive instead of carting irons and boards around. Is it really that expensive to put them in every room? By the way the one we got was also in bad shape. Leaked water.

Cosy modern hotel
Lovely cosy hotel that was super quiet. Large comfortable room and bed. Restaurant food and drinks were great. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. 10 minute walk gets you to the central Vienna action zone.

Loved it all !!! The room was ver comfortable…my wife and I had not sleep in a europien type of bed (two beds side by side) and were sceptical…in the en…we loved the whole experience !! Our bed…the morning breakfast had so much variety and was the best..(do your self a treat…order the breakfast )…there burger was good as well the wine !!!

Beautiful Hotel and Friendly staff
This hotel is perfect for your holiday to Vienna. Staff extremely friendly and approachable. Made welcome from the moment we came through the door. The rooms were very clean and the beds were loveoy and comfortable. The breakfast is to die for and so is the hot chocolate! We had transfers to and from the hotel which flowed very well both ways. Thank you so much

Booked a twin room for 5 nights. Room was spacious and clean and beds were comfortable. Air con and mini bar worked which was good in mid 30s heat every day. Buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. Received 2 complimentary bottles of water daily. Main Vienna attractions in centre just a 15min walk away. Overall an excellent place to stay.
