Although this property is not located in the historic section it is right across the street from the metro which was super easy and clean. 5 minutes by rail and you are in the heart of the old city. I came to appreciate being able to leave the noise and mayhem behind and enjoy a peaceful surroundings. The hotel is also within minutes of the Danube, dining and the largest mall I have ever experienced!

Very clean and comfortable room with plenty of storage. Staff was helpful, and they have a luggage storage room in the basement. There isn't much around the hotel itself but the convenient train is about a 10 min walk away. Wish the room had a fridge!

This hotel is now one of my favs in the world! Staff was so helpful and it is newly renovated, it is so clean and ultra organic. Love love love the 7 Botanicals Restaurant and the organic design of the hotel. I can't wait to visit again.

We enjoyed our stay and the general vibe of this hotel. Expedia had been trying to reach their mgmt to assist with a partial refund (as we had paid more for a refundable plan when originally booking) due to changing our plans to check out one day early, but they finally responded to us and Expedia and declined to be flexible or to help us. Expedia went above and beyond to try to get them to give us a refund for the one night early that we left and prepaid for - we appreciate that! Our entire travel plan was changed due to traveling to Vienna for a concert that was cancelled, so we lost a lot of money overall. All in all, most people were friendly and helpful so we were disappointed the staff they spoke to did not try and help us after we left. We otherwise would have returned here.

This was the most beautiful hotel. The hotel lobby is gorgeous with its plants and swings to lounge on. The hotel restaurant and bar has delicious food and drinks and super kind, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were so clean and I have NEVER slept on a bed more comfortable. I high recommend this hotel! It was fantastic!

The room was very comfortable, the building is beautiful decorated, but most of all the staff was absolutely lovely. Every employee we encountered was kind and considerate. We were definitely happy with our experience.

I loved this hotel! The rooms were beautiful, updated and super clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were all so pleasant and super helpful. I liked how smooth the checkin and checkout process was, and I could send the front desk messages on WhatsApp if I had any questions ! breakfast at the restaurant was really good - a nice selection and very tasty. I also loved the dinner at the restaurant - the food was delicious, and the drinks/cocktails were so good! I also really liked how convenient the hotel was , location wise - right on bus line to/from airport, and 5 min walk from subway, so it was very very easy to get into town or go anywhere and not have to deal with crazy crowds. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great location with easy access to the Metro right across the street. Public transportation was so easy to get in and out of Vienna. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We were celebrating a birthday and they surprised us with a card and treat in our room and slice of birthday cake on the house. The bed was so comfy we had the best sleep.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in! Very clean and a lovely lobby area that you can either sit and drink or chill in. The hotel is also a five minute walk to the station right outside the Vienna international centre. Takes about 20 minutes to get into city centre. Thank you for the lovely stay!

The Hotel is well maintained globally but still need to have some points improved: Breakfast is not that diversified and expensive. No internet ( poor) in the room. No international channels on TV for kids or even to get the news in your native language. Even if you stay 10 days they will make you pay 15 euros per additional hour for late check out. (not commercial ) Except the waitresses at the restaurant ( exceptional service and customer oriented) the rest of the team is not commercial at all.
