What a wonderful stay! Booked a girls weekend and fully expected a small, cramped room like most European hotels but this room was spacious, stylish, and the service was wonderful. There were four of us in a room and we had ample space to relax and get ready for the day. My friend was celebrating a milestone birthday and the staff sent up some lovely treats. A beautiful boutique hotel that I would highly recommend.

The new hotel has a great sense of interior design, and the room is very spacious. It's in an excellent location for tourists, just a 10-minute walk to the opera house. I had to check out before breakfast time, but the kitchen staff came in an hour early and prepared lunch boxes for me. A big thank you to all the staff!

House of Ble is a new hotel located in the museum area of Vienna. It is very close to transport links which are a short walk away. However, there are a few closed/boarded up buildings around which hopefully will get a nice uplift. The room was lovely. I had a infrared cabin within it, perfect for a nice break. Lots of space, very modern, mirrors had lights which you could change with a touch. The only thing I would suggest was some coverings on the small windows. They are frosted, but still let in the light.

The property is right in the middle between the best museums (all fantastic) / parks and a shopping street on the border of the Old Town area, yet not in the middle of the most touristy crowded area. Staff was very attentive to our requests (Snezhana and Vlad at the reception, Sergey in the restaurant). Rooms are much better than any others I researched in the price range. We stayed for 9 nights and had two rooms. Rooms are new, spacious, and airconditioning worked very well, which was handy for the two heatwaves during our stay and much better than in other hotels in Austria for this 2 week trip. As many museums and restaurants have no or barely any airconditioning, the rooms were our saviors during nights. Food in the hotel restaurant was good (mediterranean style), although menu is still limited as the restaurant is new and still expanding (not promoted in Google maps etc.)

Absolutely love the property, location and facilities. One of the receptionist is grumpy like most people in Vienna but EVERYONE else on the staff is very accommodating, nice and willing to help at all times. The bartender was especially sweet. I wish i knew his name but thank you for the cake and welcoming smiles. Overall -- I highly recommend this place. its a short walk from all popular spots but tucked away perfectly to be situated in homely, quiet area.
