First of all, we hope you had a good time in Vienna and that you also took some positive experiences with you. We are sorry that you encountered such major problems during your stay. Regarding the renovation, we are unfortunately aware that it can be a burden for our guests, even if the workers try to respect the resting times. However, I will of course pass on your experience to my colleagues and we may put the renovation more clearly when booking. Unfortunately, there is no other way to renovate than during the regular business. Unfortunately, there is no adequate excuse for this.
