Welcome to Our Delightful Marina Apartment in Vilamoura

This charming first-floor apartment offers stunning views of the Vilamoura Marina and enjoys the golden glow of the westerly sun from late afternoon through sunset. Perfectly situated on the more sought-after side of the marina, it’s just steps from popular spots like the Old Navy restaurant, Häagen-Dazs, and the Mayflower restaurant.

From the balcony, you can relax with a glass of wine while taking in the lively promenade - perfect for people-watching and soaking in the marina’s vibrant atmosphere. It’s just a 30-second stroll to immerse yourself in the heart of the marina, yet the apartment remains peacefully quiet, with music from nearby venues never becoming intrusive.

As owners with young children, we love enjoying the balcony as our front-row seat to the action - while still enjoying the comfort and privacy of our own space. The apartment is accessed by one flight of stairs, and if you're traveling with a pram or buggy, there’s a storage area on the ground floor.

Interior & Amenities

The apartment is designed for comfort, blending calming beige tones with fresh coastal blues. The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped for those who prefer to dine in, including a small fridge with freezer compartment. Local supermarkets are just a five-minute walk away, and larger grocery stores in Quarteira or Almancil are easily reached by car in under 10 minutes.

The living area features a full dining table with seating for six and a large, easy-to-open sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two adults. There’s plenty of cabinet space for your belongings, and from the sofa you can enjoy either the marina view or our large flat-screen Smart TV. It includes international channels, Netflix, YouTube, and more. Fast, reliable fibre optic Wi-Fi is included, with the password provided upon check-in.

The private bedroom, styled in a sleek black-and-white theme, includes a double bed, bedside tables, and a wardrobe. Although technically a studio apartment, we’ve added a sliding door to offer privacy and create a separate sleeping area. The en-suite bathroom is accessed through the bedroom and includes a spacious walk-in shower.

Who It's For

This apartment is ideal for couples and families with children of any age. It sleeps up to four guests—two in the bedroom and two on the sofa bed. Please note that with only one bathroom - accessible through the bedroom - you need to bear in mind the guests of the bedroom may de disturbed if the guests on the sofa bed need to visit the bathroom at night!

- Secure parking space, next to the apartment, within a gated communal area (remote control provided inside the apartment - so please park up, access the apartment and then enter with the car).
- Close proximity to Vilamoura’s two beaches - one just five minutes away beside the Tivoli Marina hotel, and the other around 15 minutes on foot (or easily accessed by the local ferry).

Excellent!
We stayed here for 10 days, perfect location in the Algarve. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. We loved the balcony which overlooked the marina. Parking was super convenient. There are so many restaurants in the area within walking distance. Monica was great at staying in touch and was quick to respond to messages.We would definitely stay here again!

Everything in the apartment has been thought about. Wanted to cook in for a couple of days and the kitchen was superb. Really appreciated the Christmas cushions and tablecloth and wine/water in the fridge. View from balcony was great and tv had everything from bbc to Netflix.Highly recommended

Lovely location
Fantastic views from the balcony over the marina. Amenities all within easy walking distance. Enjoyed walks out both beaches on either side of the marina, particularly Falésia beach along the cliff side. Beautiful sea views and quiet beach. Dropped the listing accuracy to 4 only because for 4 people, it would be a little small with bathroom off the bedroom. Not an issue for us, perfect for two!

We found the perfect apartment, location excellent, facilities and cleanliness first class. We enjoyed people watching on balcony and listening to music However no problem sleeping when doors shut we couldn’t hear anything. Fabulous experience
Just returned from a wonderful week in Vilamoura attending our Nephew's Wedding. The location is perfect on the side of the Marina near the best Restaurants & Bars. Great to sit on the Balcony in the evening listening to live music, especially from the Old Navy Restaurant/Bar below. No concern about noise,in the apartment though as once the Patio doors are closed the soundproofing is perfect! Monica is a Gem - great communication throughout and fast responce when, like idiots, we locked the keys in the apartment! We would definately recommed this apartment and hope to return in the future.

The apartment is in a perfect location it’s modern clean with all amenities, however it does become a little noisy in the area late at night. We enjoyed hiring bikes several times and using the local buses to get around to explore. We found some lovely restaurants away from the main marina. Monica was very helpful from the start of booking through to helping us with our transfers from the airport and very kind during our stay.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful apartment in the marina
This apartment is in a great location and was perfect for my husband and I. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace and the location was in a wonderful location for everything we wanted to do in the area. Monica was easy to reach when we had a question to ask about the parking and we were happy to find out that the parking was located right next to the apartment. The apartment is very close to the music and nightlife in the evening but it didn’t bother us and we expected it since we were so close to all the restaurants and bars.

Monica did a fantastic job with renovating this rental. Perfect location, great view, and welcoming. Easy parking. Lots of food options on the water right outside the door. Cute women’s boutique right around the corner. Short walk to the beach with 1/2 day rental with two sun beds and umbrella for 11 - 13 euros. Communication was fantastic. Our stay was so relaxing thanks to the quant accommodations. Perfect for a couple. People commented about the noise, didn’t bother us a bit and if you have the balcony door shut it’s almost soundproof. Highly recommend and will stay again if in the area.

What a great location to be in the middle of the marina. Many restaurants to choose from, great for morning breakfasts, so easy to drive to golf courses, nearby towns and beaches. Monica and her friend Natalia were so amazing and great at accommodating me and my Fiancé. They left us snacks and a hand written note. The apartment is equipped with a Laundry machine which is excellent for those of us who are staying longer. It is in what I believe to be the most central location. Almost, right in the middle of the entire Marina. Perfect for a couple who does not mind some noise outside the room in the evening. have nothing but great things to say about this property.

Prime location!
