Lovely view from a nice hotel
We've arrived an hour earlier and got taken to our room straightaway. I mention this as it is not customary in Cuba. Room was good, beds comfortable, can't complain for a 3 stars. We have loved the breakfast on the terrace. Good choice. We have been eating out in the town, so no other meal than breakfast. Lovely stay, lovely view and enjoyed all the trips bought from the hotel. Would definitely come back

Mycket bra hotel med en enastående utsikt över Vinalesdalen. Fantastiska rum, pol, bar och resturang. Maten i resturangen var kanske inte den bästa och WiFi var begränsat till vissa mycket specifika platser. Men detta uppvägs med råge av rummen och utsikten. Klart rekomenderat

Fin utsikt, dårlig service
Hotellet har veldig god beliggenhet i forhold til Vinales, og man går til byen på 20 minutter. Utsikten fra restaurant og bassengområde er fantastisk! Rommene var ok, men nokså slitt og uten kjøleskap/minibar, slik det sto i oppføringen. Bra renhold og service fra roomservice. Vi dro på en ridetur + en fugletur, formidlet av hotellets reisebyrå - og her fikk vi veldig god service! Begge disse turene kan anbefales. Det som trekker ned er, med unntak av det som er beskrevet over, servicenivået vi opplevde på hotellet; i et land hvor folk ellers er svært imøtekommende og blide, opplevde vi at staben stort sett var svært lite serviceinnstilte og sure. Turist-tretthet, kanskje? Vi valgte også dette hotellet pga badebasseng. Vær obs på at det kommer grupper (familier, skoleklasser) hit for å bade mot betaling. Følgelig var bassenget stort sett fullt av folk fra kl 10-18, og vi slo derfor ifra oss å bruke det, også grunnet manglende renhold. Prisen på hotellet var ganske høy sammenlignet med andre steder vi bodde, og svarte ikke helt til opplevelsen. Med forbedret service samt bedre tilgang til badebasseng hadde dette blitt en mye mer positiv opplevelse. Men Vinales er flott, og man har et fint utgangspunkt for å oppleve området.

Vistas increíbles pero descuidado
Hotel con una ubicación inmejorable pero bastante descuidado en las instalaciones. Nuestra habitación estaba bastante bien pero el colchón era horrible, con muelles salidos. Nos cambiaron a otra habitación que los colchones estaban mejor pero que no tenía nevera. El desayuno es bastante bueno. El problema fue la piscina porque el agua estaba verde. Imposible meter un pie en ese agua...El hotel hace pases para que gente que no se hospeda en el Hotel puedan pasar el día en la piscina. La piscina se llena mucho y la tienen muy descuidada! Es una pena porque el sitio es espectacular! A pesar de las deficiencias lo recomiendo porque las vistas merecen la pena.
