Wir haben die Unterkunft, welche im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften in Vinales, etwas teurer ist, gebucht aufgrund des Pools. Der Pool war verdreckt, das Wasser im Pool ziemlich grün. Als wir dies angemerkt haben, wurde uns gesagt, dass der Pool gereinigt wird. Dies ist leider während unseren Aufenhalts nie geschehen. Als ich aufgrund einer allergischen Reaktion krank und mit hohem Fieber im Bett lag, wurden wir gefragt das Zimmer zu wechseln, da die Unterkunft überbucht wurde. Es hat regelrecht keinen geschert wie mein Zustand ist. Wir haben uns da einfach ziemlich im Stich gelassen gefühlt. Ende vom Lied war, wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist (aufgrund des mangelnden Services + verdrecktem Pool) und haben hierfür auch nichts erstattet bekommen.
