Check in was great, we arrived a lil early and a room was available. We were able to park by the door where are room was. The walls / ceiling seemed thin and bathroom seemed to have had water damage, but besides that, all was good🙂

The room was alright but had dirty areas. The bathroom is moldy and it just seems things weren’t wiped down. The wall paper is peeling, ceiling is peeling in the shower. The shower door is broke making the shower unusable. I wish I could post pictures to this review.

I always enjoy staying in a Hampton property. They are normally updated and have comfortable beds and always clean. This facility was total opposite of any of the previous Hamptons I’ve been in. This one is Older facility that totally needs upgrades. The rooms have wall A.C. Units. The unit makes room feel “damp”. Need a dehumidifier in each room . Floors & bed covers are damp due to humidity, moisture coming from units. It is also a “pet friendly “ place. I’m all about that unless you enter room and can smell “wet dog” Oder. We had to move to another room because of the smell . Not okay! Staff was apologetic about it. We were dealing with this all at 1:30 a.m. Hopefully this will help to get something done so next customer will have better experience. Not happy with stay at all.
