May 31-June 7, 1st Floor unit with Oceanfront patio(If the city schedules a festival/concert for this weekend-most of the time they do closer to the dates, your view may be impacted for at least a few days because the stage/vendors/set up is normally right about 5th street where the resort is), June 28-July 5-7th Floor with Oceanfront balcony, July 5-12-7th floor unit with Oceanfront Balcony, July 12-19, 7th floor unit with oceanfront balcony, July 19-26-11th floor with oceanfront balcony, July 26-Aug. 2-6th floor or 7th floor unit with oceanfront balcony. Full kitchen and kitchenette, living room with balcony off the living room. Lockout unit-2 units attached to make one unit-Studio side and 1 bedroom side. Linens included and shower and pool towels also included. Bring Beach towels. Must be over 21 to checkin at this resort!
Resort will take an imprint of your credit card at checkin and put $200 hold in case of damages and release it when you checkout. 1 parking spot is included with the rental.
Please note, these are Timeshare units. As a timeshare guest, you are required to supply your own toiletries, toilet paper, soaps, etc. for the full week, the resort does not supply you this stuff! If you have any questions in reference to this before booking, please ask!

For any issues with your unit once you check-in, you will go directly to the front desk and let them know of anything wrong with the unit. The resort maintains the units for the owners, so they handle all of the upkeep an cleaning for the units. Any issues with check-in, I am local and am available to fix any problems! Washer and dryer in Resort on every other floor, no laundry service(you can do laundry as needed with the washers and dryers located in the resort). No daily housekeeping. Must be over 21 to checkin at this resort.

This resort shares amenities with its sister resort, Turtle Cay Resort(Turtle Cay Resort is closed for all of 2025 so only amenities at Beach Quarters will be available to guests)

Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc upon reserving a unit/week, prior to receiving confirmation of reservation.
Property shall be available to the Tenant for the full duration of the lease except as stated HERE: “The Resort” (Beach Quarters Resort) makes every effort to prepare all units for occupancy at the stated check-in time. However, in some instances it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the unit has been properly cleaned. Tenant understands and agrees that there will be no rebate or discount for such late occupancy. VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc. nor the Landlord/Owner has control over “The Resort” or the cleaning company hired by the resort and Tenant(s) agrees to hold neither VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc. or Landlord/Owner responsible for any delay in occupancy.
