This hotel was awesome in that it was beachfront. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, but the shower was difficult to get into. My husband and I get around fine but we are elderly, and we literally had to climb over a ledge so to speak to get into the tub/shower combination. We navigated it just fine but it was awkward. I would imagine it would be very challenging for heavier people or people with even mild disabilities. That said, the room had good amenities and we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable but....
First off the positive: the bed, pillows, towels, kitchen items and view were excellent. The room was comfortable but dated. Negative: the doors need work. Giant gaps under doors or excessive force is needed to close patio doors. The first night we entered in through the garage and saw a roach. On Tuesday night we saw another roach crawling across our floor, we were on able to sleep and so requested a new room and they accommodated. The next day we saw one in the hallway. Contacted hotels.com, and was able to finally speak to a manager as they promised they would contact us the day before, the manager was able to refund our Resort fees but would not compensate for our heebie-jeebies, her words. She said that they were not roaches but waterbugs. We were staying on the 12th floor. Promised to have exterminator come the next day. They were there every morning. Hotel.com was wonderful and promised they we would help us, credited us for a future stay of one night. Upon leaving we went to get a cart at the front desk, there wasn't any, we were told to walk the garage, which has six floors to find a cart. Trucks, car & SUVs, the parking garage is very tight, we parked in unlit overflow parking lot down an alley behind HJs. I love the ability to text the front desk for additional items needed throughout our stay. Staff was friendly and would speak when passing. The man collecting laundry was very nice. The hotel was nice but definitely overpriced for the outdated rooms.

Overall, the property is very good. However, the parking garage sucks, maneuvering the corners to get from 1 level to another is difficult to say the least and the parking stalls are too short.

properly was clean and located close to shops, food trucks and restaurants. Steps to the beach. The pool bar was closed that was a bummer. Kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools!

Toilet area of bathrooms is TINY, low, and no rails. If young with great knees, you are fine. Otherwise, better try for a handicap room. Balcony had a nice view of beach volleyball courts.
