Overall average stay. I’ve seated in many resorts but this one was below average resort. There’s no dining, no breakfast or coffee, no spa treatments, no bar, children running around unsupervised in the pool area and children inside the “21 and older section”. Our bathtub wasn’t draining so we had to stand in our run off water, the dedicated parking garage elevator was out of service, and the television connection was spotty. Sure there’s plenty to do outside of the “resort” but resorts are suppose to have much more than this. Disappointed in this property.

Comfort and convenience
The room was spacious and clean. Bed was not the best for us (mattress too firm) but may be good for others. Easy to get to beach and pool. Nice rockers by the firepit is a comfy spot to watch the ocean. Tortugas is a nice convenience for food and drink by the pool. Location is great and near some good restaurants.

We loved this property! Right on the boardwalk, with beach access and had several options for indoor/outdoor pools. Room was very clean. Staff were incredibly friendly. Quick walk to numerous shops and restaurants. Will definitely be coming back to this property in the future.

Staff was friendly, but the hotel overbooked and gave my reservation to someone else. I had to wait for over an hour for them to "find" room for me. Obviously, they had one just wasn't clean. Spent over an hour in the lobby waiting and missed my dinner reservation so we had to eat bar food for dinner. Couldn't access the sunroom the next morning, and had to go get a new room key, and missed the sunrise. My only consolation from the hotel was a complimentary bottle of water.

Their was mold above our shower and the toilet did not flush. We waited over 45 minutes for someone to come check it out on our first night there. I called the front desk and they told me they would send someone up. After waiting and waiting I called the front desk no answer.. I call again and then another 5 times and no one answered; I finally decided to call the hotel from my cellphone and asked to speak to the desk, someone then answered…

The workers were very friendly and accommodating. For the rate I paid for 4 nights, I was expecting a bigger and nicer room. Very little space and small beds. The pool, hot tub, and other amenities were nice.
