Was there for a funeral had to take cold showers due to the hot water not working properly.I notified front desk the first night never was offered a different room really think I should be refunded because not being able to take a hot shower through the entire stay off,was only refunded fees because of booking through third party.

Used to really love this hotel but it’s gone a little down hill after being bought by the Hilton. Some facilities such as the sun deck which were nice to hang out on are now only for members. Love the 21 and up pool and the room was nice and spacious.

Arrival was good. Room had an interesting smell that we not going anywhere. The toilet ran and instead of calling for help everytime, I would fix the plug to stop it. Lighting in the room was not great in the closet and bathroom areas. Highlights: size of the room. Great location. Amenities such as the hot tub and pool. Love it is 21+, the outside fire pit. Wish a bar was open by the pool in the evening hours.

Checked in and went to bed. Next morning when we started making the bed we noted old blood stains. As we pulled the sheets back and mattress protector we noted even move dried old blood. We reported it to management and was not satisfied with the outcome! We would not recommend this hotel due to lack of cleanliness. The housekeeper made the bed with the waste on the sheets. This is an infectious issue that could have make someone ill.
