The absolute worst stay I have ever had in Va Beach. Microwave - broken, people were having a party in the room above me until 3am, no one at the desk to help or answer calls.

Great to be ocean front. Very few guests at hotel, but they stacked us right next to each other. People next door smoking ganja constantly. Bugs in the room. No milk for coffee. Glad it was only one night.

All of the rooms are dated. My room was dated, had stains on the carpet, very dusty, “material” on the walls and water damage. My friend’s room had the same, but also included roaches.

So the staff super friendly. Rooms dated especially the bathroom. AC worked great. Pillows were lumpy and none of the three were the same. Do here is the take location great. Staff friendly. Bed So/So bathroom no tiny tub slow draining. Pillows awful.

Ist day after arrival, the water in the room was cold. Then lukr warm after norification. Ate at restaurant in hotel, fish en chips, vomiting 4+hours later. 2nd morning stll no hot water. Deparded around 0800 We will not be returning.

Don't waste your Money!
Paid in full prior to arrival and did online check in. Was asked to pay a $50.00 additional resort fee upon arrival. Then was asked to process my card into a black screen reader with no idea what amount would be charged. Keys did not work twice- no apology just rolled eyes because I asked to be able to get into the room. NEVER AGAIN
