Stay somewhere else
I needed to change my reservation and at first the phone kept ringing and then was disconnected. Finally got someone on the phone, who was rude so then had to call the hotels.com number. They were nice but couldn’t get the hotel to pick up the phone so said she would send an email. When we got there the woman at the desk was again rude, called the manager and the manager finally said we could have a room. The first room had not been cleaned, they changed our room. The new room had something disgusting on the rug and I had to put a towel down. This place is just not ok.
