Hello Dean, Thank you for taking the time to write this review and share your experience with the room. This is certainly not taken lightly and has been forwarded to management for review. Providing our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience is of extreme importance to us and for that reason, we are incredibly sorry that we did not provide that for you. The following facilities are closed seasonally each year. They will be closed from 30 September to 31 May:
Costa Azul Suites Virginia Beach by Red Collection offers its guests a fitness centre and a seasonal outdoor pool. A computer station is on site and WiFi is free in public spaces. You'll find a business centre on site. Free breakfast is available daily. The business-friendly Costa Azul Suites Virginia Beach by Red Collection also features a vending machine, concierge services, and laundry facilities. Limited free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. A complete renovation of Costa Azul Suites Virginia Beach by Red Collection was completed in March 2022. This Art Deco Virginia Beach hotel is smoke free.
