Апартаменты
Прекрасная чистая квартира-студия, все предусмотрено для проживания. Есть и стиральная машина и чай-кофе, Кухня в распоряжении, все чисто и аккуратно, удобная кровать. Но это спальный район, пятиэтажная старая панелька и ещё и на 5м этаже 5этажного дома. Об этом в описании не говорится. Но в целом, все равно сложилось приятное впечатление. Если вы на машине, скорее всего будут проблемы с парковкой во дворе

Отличный вариант
Квартира на ул.Герцена в отличном состоянии, мебель новая, чистота, посуда вся в наличии. Удобный матрас, есть всё необходимое. Квартира в новом доме, подъезд чистый, всё ок. Хозяева очень ответственные люди, регистрация была вовремя, ни минуты не потеряли. От центра чуть далековато, но на машине не проблема. Спасибо и процветания вам!
