There are two bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a separate toilet.

It is suitable for all types of travelers and everyone is welcome. Access to the apartment is via a fairly steep staircase. May not be suitable for really young children.

Note: This floor is partly below the street level at the front (see photo), so you do not have the full unobstructed view as in the floor above (see our other ad). The living room has an elevation so that you can look out the window over the boulevard. The back is 4 meters above the street level and has a balcony.
