Liebe Werner, Es tut uns leid, dass er mit dem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden war, aber nach 4 Nächten Aufenthalt konnte er darauf hinweisen, dass ihm das Zimmer nicht gefallen hat. Sie buchte ein Standardzimmer, wir konnten ihr gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis ein Superior- oder Deluxe-Zimmer zeigen. Ich verstehe ehrlich gesagt nicht, wer sich später beschwert, wenn er vorher besser hätte sein können. Wir danken Ihnen jedoch für Ihr Feedback und werden unser Bestes tun, um uns zu verbessern.
