Todas as vezes que vamos para Votuporanga ficamos neste Hotel pois qualidade e preço são bons. Infelizmente desta vez o cofre não funcionava, a cama tinha mola quebrada e fazia barulho quando virava de noite, não limparam nosso quarto no primeiro dia, mesmo com a placa de liberado e não haviam separado o quarto que eu havia pedido quase 1 mês antes de irmos para lá. Pontos positivos: Os funcionários foram muito solicitos e educados o tempo todo, café da manhã bom, funcionários do local também super educados.
