The modern, newly built Villa Olive is located in the picturesque town of Vrbnik on the island of Krk and offers accommodation for up to 8 people.
The villa with a wonderful view of the town, the sea and the land, exudes comfort and luxury and lies on a spacious plot of 800m2.
Guests have at their disposal a large swimming pool 10m x3m ( heated in the period 01.05. - 01.10.) with a shower. Pool is surrounded by a sunbathing area, a Mediterranean garden and a large terrace that invites you to socialize in the long summer evenings.
The villa covers an area of 202 m2 on two floors and the rooms are air-conditioned. On the ground floor there is an open area of the kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the terrace and sun deck, as well as one toilet.
On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with a bathroom and a sauna, and two more double rooms with a bathroom, one of which has a couch that can accommodate two more people. In the villa there is also baby cot available.
Parking for 3 cars is located in the courtyard of the villa and as the entrance to the courtyard is under video surveillance.
