Located between the well-known towns of Wagrain and Flachau, this detached holiday home is a combination of 3 flats spread over 3 floors. You have access to the entire house. Each floor has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 1 or 2 bedrooms. Ideal for several families who can have a wonderful holiday together, while enjoying their own domain
The location is phenomenal. The steep, but passable mountain road of 2 kilometres, leads you to the house where fantastic views of the surrounding mountain landscape are guaranteed.
At the bottom of this mountain road is the first ski lift that takes you to the slopes of the ski area; Salzburger Sportwelt
In summer, you will find a typical Austrian flower-filled and colourful balcony here. Breathe in the scent of flowers and the fresh mountain air and enjoy the peace and unspoilt nature you look out on. The large garden and space around the house invite children to play wonderfully. Near Wagrain are the six mountain lakes Jägersee, Tappenkarsee, Blauer See, Daarmoossee, Rupertisee and the Grafenbergsee. These are definitely worth a visit!
The property the perfect location for your winter sports holiday! . Around 230 kilometres of slopes, almost 100 lifts and more than 250 kilometres of cross-country trails await you here. By the way, the cross-country ski trails are already 2 kilometres from the house and your trip can start right away. After a fun day in the snow, you can store your skis in the holiday home's ski storage room
