Awesome 3 bedroom bach with great entertaining deck. Safe and fully fenced section and only a stone's throw from the beach, park/playground, shops, pub, skate park and surf club! in fact the location is pretty much perfect!

Great for a family or two that want to relax in the beautiful Waihi Beach.

Sunny deck in the morning, shaded in the afternoon just in time for afternoon drinkies and the classic kiwi chips and dip. You can even watch the cricket on sky from the deck! enough grass for the kids to run around on AND long concrete drive is perfect for scootering on!

FLEXIBLE WORKING ARRANGEMENT: take the opportunity to take you laptop down, enjoy the fast fibre network while listening to the ocean in the background.

Just bring your towels, sheets and pillows.
1 King bed, 2 bunks and 2 single beds, plus space for extra toddler/baby beds..

Special conditions:
Max occupancy is 6 persons (adults/children) plus up to 3 additional young children are permitted.
All bedrooms are generous doubles so extra toddler beds/port-a-cots can be accommodated - therefore this property can also take up to 3 extra children. Beds/cots and all bedding for the 3 extras would need to be provided by the guests. This means two families could comfortably holiday together at this beach bach. :-)

We do allow small pets by application only and there is an extra charge as we do a different clean after each pet stay.

Great place for the price.
I always dread staying away from my comfortable bed, 10/10 for comfort on our stay. A few blocks back from beach, no need to take car, just a good walk. One thing we could of done with, was a fan in bedrooms.

A wonderful stay with my young boys. House was clean and well equipped. Outside shower. 5 min walk to beach, playground. Carl was great with communication too. Hope to be back again. Recommend.

The place was an absolute gem, just 5min walk down to beach, close enough to shops for everyday needs. Would have given 5 stars overall if there had been tea, coffee and sugar supplies

Great bach and great location
Great bach, perfect for us two plus 4 kids - great set up and back garden, well stocked kitchen, short walk to the beach, what else do you want! Great communication with the owner who was very accommodating and also gave us a late check out when we asked. WIll love to come back another time.

Awesome stay!
The house is really thoughtfully set-up. It had all the things we needed and more. It was lovely to be able to watch TV and have wifi. The kitchen is impressive - lovely knives and pots. We had such an amazing stay for the weekend with our one year old and two year old. Warm house so kids slept great. Locked property for peace of mind locking kids in. Beach a close walk, and so were two great coffee shop options. Will definitely be booking this place a few times of year. Perfect setup!

Summer beach holiday
Great location! House lacks shade over the deck and it made the living area very hot inside and outside. Too hot to sit outside in the morning. Thankfully inside with opening the doors there was a lovely sea breeze. Bach wasn’t the cleanest- inside of kitchen drawers and cupboards were dirty and the dishwasher was very smelly and dirty. Disappointing when you’re paying a lot of money.
