The exercise pavilion offers state-of-the-art exercise equipment with an ocean-front view so you can watch whales (during whale season) while you work out. We have a fully stocked activities closet with all the “toys” you made need to enjoy local beaches, tennis and pickle ball. We supply beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, a beach umbrella and cooler for your use.
The Hali’i Kai Resort is one of the most popular locations in the Waikoloa resort area. You can walk or drive to the fabulous Hilton Waikoloa Resort in less than 10 minutes. You can drive to the convenient King and Queens shops or the popular A-Bay beach within 15 minutes. The area features many excellent restaurants, shops and recreational opportunities including swimming, snorkeling, hiking, tennis, pickle ball, bike riding and championship golf courses. Popular ocean excursions are available from nearby A-Bay.

A $20 per day resort fee paid directly to the resort grants you access to the private oceanfront owners' club, and a dedicated parking space next to your condo. When you check-in, the resort will collect this mandatory fee.
