Very pleasant staff, extremely clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast, affordable rates, well-lit parking lot. Noisy. Not for light sleepers. Do not get a room near the elevator due to poor accoustics in the hallway that magnify all conversations! Toilet ran after flushing, so we cut off water at the wall until morning. Tub did not drain well during shower. TV channels were scrambled except for approximately 10 local channels.

The property was quiet even on the first floor. The day that we arrived, the carpet in the halls was very dirty. This was cleaned up on the second day.

Great place with plenty of fast foods near by
A pleasant stay at a low cost. Very elegant facility. Juices (apple and cranberry) were available all day and that was a very pleasant surprise. Everything was great.

Worked okay for what we needed it for
The customer service representatives were great, no attitude, and friendly. Our room coffee maker was missing the tray to put the coffee in, and the smoke detector was removed and wires were exposed on the wall. The cleaning service on Sunday morning around 5am was very loud in the hall and kept waking us up. Our key on Sunday was also deactivated even though our booking was through Monday. The Gym has very odd opening hours at 9am which is really late comparatively.

The hotel was excellent. Plenty of food options in area. Perfect area for traveling with a dog. BUT I have to through some of my fellow dog people under the bus! There were poop bags available, yet many people were rude enough to make no effort to clean up after their dogs. Dog owners,PLEASE be responsible.

My favorite part of this hotel used to be the kitty that lived there. They were feral but unique. My dogs were not nearly as fond of them as I was. 😂 But I've been told the GM wants the kitties kicked to the curb. That makes me so sad. Let the feral kitties come back. They will be missed way too much

Bees and Trash
Beds were loose from the wall and the metal frame had sharp edges poking out that could have really injured my kids. The Cox setup on tvs switches to a different language on every channel, like TBS and TNT. Then on other channels there was a talk back (a narrator that would talk between the actors talking) and no one knew how to turn it off. Breakfast was terrible, same old stale thing every morning and the sausage actually made people sick the first night we were there. The outdoor trash was not taken out for days. It was overflowing and bees were everywhere. We eventually took the bag out of the can because it was by the pool and put it by the door the maids come through with trash and the bag literally sat there for 3 days. When we left it was still there. Our room was clean and Brittany was nice so I guess that’s something.
