The shower base had not been cleaned and was dirty. The refrigerator was not working and it turned out it was not plugged in. Their website is out of date and a children’s playground has been removed.

Accomodation was clean, bed was good room was near the front of the premises hence there was some traffic noise. Ensuite had been refurbished however both the hot and cold water pressure in the shower was non existent, a sad start to the day. Meals at the restaurant were good together with service.

The lights outside the room were so bright that I used every pillow and cushions to block out the light to sleep . They. don’t need to be that full on. Otherwise was good !

Love the hotel this is our 2nd stay, the check in is easy, rooms are clean and it’s central - found a great pub around the corner. Would not go back to the restaurant but there are plenty of options around.
