Excellent location but expensive food
The hotel is very well located. We have been to Warsaw several times so needed very little assistance although we were disappointed that the front desk staff were not knowledgable about the important site that is directly across the street from the main entrance of the hotel. Otherwise, the service we received was helpful.

Excellent location, large rooms and comfortable beds. Confusion around room service orders, wrong items brought, items missing, surprising items that weren’t on the menu arriving, no salt and pepper etc but resolved by the lovely team. Low humming noise all day and night from a ventilator that can’t be turned off, a broken iron in the room etc - small details but noticeable. All in all a lovely stay.

Nice hotel, easy location near or in historic district. The breakfast buffet at 40 Euro each person was ridiculous but had to pay for GF. Me, forget it! Overall, 4 star hotel, Service as would expect.

An excellent hotel, with very nice, helpful and friendly staff. I was disappointed that the hot breakfasts I chose (bacon, eggs, etc.) were cold on both occasions. Wi-Fi was occasionally iffy. on a personal note, the music played at breakfast and at dinner was just awful - dreadful plinky plonky piano bar type rubbish that I can't believe anybody really likes - certainly the staff I spoke to don't. Overall though a good hotel in a very good location by the Royal Route.
