The fireplace in our room didn’t work that’s one reason we got the room!!! Was very disappointed told them they were going to have maintenance come up but never showed up!!! There was no towels in the pool area when our kids got out!!!

I was looking forward to hot tub experience and it was out of order and would have loved to of known before we had booked this hotel. The beds were very rock hard and hurt both of our backs. It also would have been nice to have a coffee keurig machine in the room most hotels provide it with k-cups.

I booked for Nov 1st - Nov 4th for me and my husband birthday weekend. When I first tried placing my reservation the gentleman online kept trying to get me to pay up front although it clearly says pay at site. When we got there you can tell the place was dated and needed to be renovated. There were signs on the front entrance stating the doors were broken. The bar attached was closed the entire time but we were told it would be open later that night. We were told continental breakfast was included but they do not serve it. We went to the restaurant attached for breakfast and there was one cook, one waitress and our food was cold and greasy. Mostly all the elevators and ice machines were broken and we were on the third floor and had to go to the first floor if we needed ice. The fireplace in our room did not work and they offered for us to go up to the fourth floor which we declined due to the broken elevators (we took the stairs) most of our stay. I was told my card would be charged upon discharge but the next morning I was charged. Pool and hot tub did not work and the hallways are very creepy and long and deserted. No courtesy coffee in the lobby. The pot was only there one day and they both were empty. The staff was friendly and the room was clean but dated. The view from our window was the top of a seedy looking hotel next door where people hung out drinking. This was at the back door that we had to use due to the broken elevators. There was no bar door lock to secure you

Well to start they gave us the wrong room. We did not get what we booked and asked for. Secondly our shower had no hot water, so we could not shower. And lastly when we went down to the pool there were people swimming in full clothing and babies swimming in regular diapers not swim diapers. Overall was a bad experience.

We have been staying at the Wyndham for approximately 10 years while visiting family. We didn’t stay last year and upon arriving this year there has been a definite decline. We usually stay on the 2nd and 3rd floor and the rooms are always decent. However, they “upgraded” us to the 1st floor balcony room this time. When we entered the room a beetle was crossing the floor, it smelled of stale cigarette smoke and it was obvious the mattresses were too small for the bed frame. Bathroom was dirty and no hairdryer. I asked for one at the front desk and they did promptly get me one. The pool area had some questionable characters hanging around. Next time we visit Warsaw I’m going to find somewhere else.
