Was given a wheelchair friendly room where everything was at waist height as well as a wheel-in shower without consultation. Also requested room service meal at 8pm (I ordered a steak). It arrived at 7:30pm with no apology & no steak knife.

The stay was nice, room very spacious and comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant meant not having to trapes around town. The only downer was the telephone alarm clock going off at 5.30am. Otherwise I would stay again.

We stayed on an extremely hot day and the air conditioning was struggling. We asked if they had a fan and were told unfortunately no. Five minutes later, there was a knock at the door and one of the lovely girls had a fan for us. We were so grateful.
