The location was perfect for us in beautiful Old Towne Alexandria. The place was very clean, comfortable and having 2 king beds and 2 full bathrooms was perfect for us. The host was very attentive, just a small issue with early check in. Everything else was wonderful, already planning a trip back!

Great place in a wonderful area
We came to visit our daughter and her family who live in the area. We loved the condo. It was very clean and perfect for our use. The garage parking was so convenient and easy to do. The area is buzzing with shopping and restaurants. Black Friday we stayed in town and walked and shopped and lunched. It was perfect for us. Thank you for helping us with a few questions so efficiently.

loud area and water running
The area where the bedroom is located is street side. Everything could be heard from the street. If someone flushed a toilet or took a shower it was like the ceiling was coming in while we were trying to sleep. There was no hand soap in one of the restrooms and there were two lights out above the sink. The place was very clean and very neat. The decor was lovely.

It was a great location, very clean, modern and easy to access all the main attractions we wanted to be close to. One thing that was appreciated was the fan in the bedrooms, the time we were there was very hot in VA, but it seemed like the AC was not able to cool the bedrooms despite being able to cool the living room and kitchen area very well. Maybe something to look into,

I was a little apprehensive to try VRBO, but the place was great! Clean, nice condition, in a great location. Easy to follow instructions and plenty of room to relax with my family. We were all very pleased!

Ruined holiday! Avoid booking here!!
The host double booked the property and we didn’t find out until we arrived and found someone else already in our unit. The host tried to blame it on VRBO but I checked with VRBO and they confirmed they only had my listing and that the host must have listed it on another website and that’s how it got double booked. So there we are - family arriving from across the US on Thanksgiving Eve with no place to stay. Our holiday which we had all looked forward to for many months was ruined. We ended up finding a mediocre hotel with two rooms still available - although on different floors. We had a $300 dinner from Whole Foods that we were unable to cook because we had no kitchen. There was no place for our family to play games or hang out as the hotel rooms were tiny and the lobby had no place to sit. For your own sake, please do not book here. The host is irresponsible and careless in her disregard for arguably the most important job as a host - to manage the calendar!

Perfect stay, amazingly clean, central location, super responsive property manager, clear instructions, comfy beds and pillows. Literally the only less-than-perfect thing was the Roku TV which was a little hard to use. Don't miss the incredible farmer's market 2 blocks away on Saturdays.

September in Old Town
The property was immaculately cleaned which we truly appreciated. It appeared to be recently remodeled with very nice touches. I only selected a less than perfect rating because we realized after arriving that we had a 3rd floor neighbor (l believed from the photos that we were on the top floor of the building) that walked very heavily which disturbed our sleep at times and whose plumbing (flushing toilets, etc.) we could always hear. This unit is on the 2nd floor. Also, I typically receive a welcome message with a contact number from our VRBO host upon arrival but we never heard from anyone except for the entry instructions. This was a minor concern as the host’s info, I saw a day later, was posted on the back of the door but I did not see this initially. Overall, this was a beautiful, spacious property and we enjoyed our stay. It’s in a great location of Old Town Alexandria where we were able to walk to restaurants, the waterfront, and some shopping. I would only not reconsider staying again because of the foot traffic above us on 3rd floor. If this unit could be moved to the top floor I would love to visit again.

DC/Alexandria Trip
We had a great experience staying here. The place was immaculate with an easy check in process. It’s super close to King street and the free trolley that goes up and down King Street. We had fun exploring Old Town Alexandria, as well as Washington, DC. Location was super convenient and it was easy to grab dinner at night without needing to drive anywhere.
