Upon arriving there was no-one present at the podium for Valet Parking. When we did finally locate someone he was very nice but unable to locate a wheeled cart to take our luggage to our 3rd floor room. The 3rd floor's ice machine was broken No Ice! When I went to the front desk to report it, the manager stated that all we had to do was go to another floor for it! Not happy!

It has been miserably hot in room 522 since check in. Last night i had a migraine so bad upon checking in i just wanted to sleep and couldn’t sleep for the life of me due to how HOT it is. $350!for a hot ass room??? The wallpaper is peeling off the bathroom wall.. I will NEVER come here again

We found the room excellent for families, staff were outstanding, and rooftop patio was beautiful. Pool was under construction, hotel has laundry facilities and hotel is close to subway and a grocery store and many restaurants. Breakfast was pricey for large families but in line with DC restaurants. Great hotel for families or couples, highly recommend.

Trying not to cry over no hot water
The hotel is beautiful and in a good location. However, we had no hot water for the entirety of our stay. For the price, and just hygienic reasons, having to take cold and or lukewarm showers was unacceptable.

My husband and I loved our stay. Nice, clean, and quiet. The room was big, beautiful, and spacious. The bedding is so comfortable. The only thing we didn't care about was the parking situation. Other than that I recommend this to be your place to stay

The staff was very nice and accomodating. The decor in the rooms looks worn. The room felt dusty i dont think ot was from lack of cleaning, i really think its coming from the vents and the carpet. The ironing board was broken, furniture scratches. Lobby was very nice. My friend had to sleep in her mask due to the dust. She kept sneezing. We also dropped our bags off before check in and I think a staff member accidentally broke my friends suitcase. She had to use a scarf as the handle in the airport

La habitación muy cómoda,limpia y bonita,la ubicación del hotel excelente , el hotel bueno, el servicio del personal pésimo,el desayuno es de 8:00 a 10:00, bajamos a desayunar a las 9:00 y ya no habia practicamnte nada , más de 20 personas incluyendo otras familias nos quedamos sin desayuno, a la persona que estaba en el restaurante simplemente no le importo para nada y decia que tal vez en 10 minutos pondrian huevos y algo más pero no fue así , esperamos una hora mas para nada. El hotel no tiene parqueo y hay que pagarlo por separado, en las fotos del hotel aparece una piscina pero no estaba en funcionamiento. El hotel es bonito y en un lindo sector pero la atención del personal es horrible!!

The front desk staff was very kind and friendly, rooms were clean comfortable and spacious. It was quiet too. The free breakfast offered was ok,nothing fancy,the waiter in breakfast area didnt seem very friendly but everything els about hotel was lovely
