Staff was wonderful, the hotel was incredibly convenient and accessible. I will be staying again, the only issue was the restaurant being so busy there wasn't a place to go. I tried three times at different times of the night. After waiting a while for a server to finally recognize me, it has turned 10:02 and they switched to the late night menu, I didn't complain and just grabbed something small and went upstairs. Aside from that, wonderful things to say

We had a great stay. The staff is friendly and the room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, a couple blocks from the metro and with many food options around. It is also a 10 min walk from The Mall. Will definitely recommend.

AC was not working, did not cool as set. Property provides only alternate day housekeeping, which was not shown at the time of booking. It has only Valet parking and again not shown on the booking site. Staff was good and friendly. Location is good and complementary breakfast was good.

Great stay downtown. Unfortunately they do not provide a parking garage but instead have you pay an additional $55 for overnight with valet. Not mentioned when booking. I was strapped for time and convenience but definitely would have appreciated more time to do research to find a more desired parking situation. There’s no room out front to park temporarily for check in also FYI.

The Staff was wonderful. Kendra and her coworker were so helpful to us. Making suggestions for restaurants when the Pub's AC wasn't working. The breakfast options were plentiful and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The area is a mixed bag but it is Washington after all. We really enjoyed our stay.
