Be prepared to bring your own beverages. There are no vending machines. The nearest store is 2 blocks away. I definitely didn't feel safe enough to get one.

This was a great stay. Very clean, nice staff always there to help out, convenient for dining and cvs was around corner when I needed a few items. I will be staying here on my next trip to dc.

The bed was not comfortable at all. The pillows were very over used for the price. Service was friendly though and within walking distant to many sites.

Insanely beautiful hotel and great location, convenient to everything and right in the heart of the city. Excellent service and extremely reasonably priced, especially on the weekends. Great for romantic getaway our relaxed business appointment.

My understanding was that I was to pay the total balance on arrival. They had already billed my card for between $300 and $400 per room. This caused excess confusion with splitting the bill between two families when we arrived. Had it been what I was expecting everything would have gone much more smoothly.

We forgot an AC adapter in the room. After we leaft, we called back several times, one of the staffs promised to call back but we heard nothing from him then. My daughter is in exam period at college, so she does need the AC for her laptop. We are so disappointed at the lost and found service of the hotel. We do hope that somebody contact us soon.

Stately hotel with convenient location to the middle of the National Mall. We had a suite and the bed was comfortable but the sofa and pull out were dirty and worn and included someone’s sick from a previous stay. Quick responses from housekeeping but still kind of off-putting for first impression. Plugs often didn’t work which made for interesting technology challenges. Beautiful lobby. Nice people and definite city feel.

The location was great. Our room was spacious but could have done with an extra touch of clearning in some of the corners. The bar was dissapointing, taking ages to take our order, then to deliver drinks, then to get the bill. This said, there were some great spots for a dronk around the vacinity and we would go back.
