Valet service $50 per night, terrible service was provided. The gentleman wasn’t able to look at me while talking. He had a mad face and an attitude when asked questions. It seems like he didn’t want to be there. It wasn’t welcoming at all. Other then that other staff were nice. Breakfast average. Clean room. Very good location.

Upon arrival the front desk staff were NOT welcoming at all. The hotel was decent. The bathrooms in the rooms could use an update but overall it was a 8.3/10.

Checkin was easy. There are several restaurants within walking distance. For it to be downtown our room was sound proof. The staff upon arrival exceeded my expectations. They made me feel like I was home. Great job Hilton!

Liked that it was close too restaurants and bars. Didnt like the fact that you have to pay 60 a night for parking. The valet guy wasnt friendly at all aswell as the front desk staff.

Just an average hotel

The lady working the front desk was more preoccupied with talking to Holly. She made zero eye and mumbled. Are used to stay at hotels where the reception desk has an actual services receptionist. Parking was expensive but is everywhere.

We received a warm welcome, and the staff were polite and kind. They were willing to answer my questions and provided genuine help. My daughter and I had a wonderful time here. The hotel facilities are rather old, but it's still relatively clean. The breakfast is decent and meets basic expectations. This translation captures the essence of your assessment, conveying that: The hotel's facilities are outdated. Despite the age, the cleanliness is satisfactory. The breakfast is average or adequate, neither particularly impressive nor disappointing.
