The room are in need of repair and restoration. The glass shower wall and door moved, the holes that held the door up were never filled. The television had limited channels and because they did not correctly install the cable to the television it did not work correctly, it was fuzzy and the audio was horrible. The reception staff is very unfriendly and rude. The housekeeper did not clean the room, there was hair left on the carpet from the previous occupant

Hotel is a bit dated. Beds were too hard. Back of hotel is up against tracks so noisy freight trains go by all night long. Some staff is friendly and some are not. Only good thing is walking distance to National Mall.

The location is very close to the Air & Space Museum which was a short 4 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and quiet, the property is well maintained. Accessible Starbucks at the lobby.
