Was shocked disappointed, mold visibly growing in hall way on top floor near our room. Hall way ceiling leaking and collapsing on top floor. Bathroom visibly had blood on walls. I wasnt very impressed considering the price i paid for the room.

First day of my stay, come at night while sleeping, i felt something crawling on my chest, when i open my eyes, its a mouse and also i saw one eating my food at the table. I immediately go to the lobby to report what happened calmly. I don't want to make a scene. I was in room 704 by the way. The front desk staff was very sorry and offered me to transfer room (301). When i transfer room and check it, i saw mouse poop at the floor . I go to the lobby to show to the staff what i just saw. She just told me that she just transferred me. I just went to the room anyways. Secon night of my stay, still there still mouse. They offered me to have one day refund but didn't gave it.

The hotel was conveniently located for the price. It was seven blocks from the White House which made it a pretty short walk to the sites. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was the the breakfast option. Do not expect a continental breakfast like you would normally get at most Holiday Inn properties.

There was a mouse in my room, it was not clean, advertised a restaurant and it was a Johnny Rocket, should be labeled a fast food restaurant. When I booked I thought I would be able to have a nice meal after a day in the city. It was never mentioned about the parking fee. The breakfast buffet was cold and the same everyday. You only get coffee and tea included for $16.95 that was never mentioned.
