I was sleeping when another guest opened my door because the front desk gave them my room number. It was a nightmare for me thinking if another person come into my room and do something to me and no body knows what happened.

Ok but could be better.
The hotel is in a good area. I was told the daily fee included $10/night for food or drinks but they still charged me for the drinks without the $10 discount. The escalator to go from the elevator level to the street is not working and we had to climb stairs or walk out of the way to the other side of the building to get on the one elevator that connected to the street level. Overall I was disappointed.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk to the Capitol. Close to the train station. Quite a big room. Comfortable bathroom. Tasty breakfast. Overall, a good hotel in the city center.

Great location. Close to Capital one arena and Capital Hill. Older Hotel, so needs a lots of updates. Beds wasn’t the most comfortable but Hotel achieved its purpose.

I was pleased that the hotel is walkable to/from the train station, the Capitol, and a Circulator stop. The concierge was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. When my friend and I arrived, our bathroom sink was very dirty, the small refrigerator had a puddle inside, and 1 bed did not have a blanket. We were moved to a different room. Twice I requested a liner for the ice bucket, once on the phone and once in person. I was assured I’d receive one, but didn’t. The upholstered benches in the entry are worn out. I sat down expecting a soft seat, but the cushioning seemed to be gone. It was uncomfortable and sagged quite low. The up escalator did not work the entire 4 days of our trip. I had a sprained ankle during my visit. The deficits I have mentioned directly impacted my hotel experience. I expected better of Hyatt.

This was an interesting stay. The hotel was in a great location. Our event was at Audi so it wasn’t that far at all. Ubers/Lyfts were never too far, and there was never really an issue booking one. The hotel was nice, the escalator was broken to go back up but they had an elevator that let out outside so it was not too big of an inconvenience. I felt fairly safe, you could not get up to any floors without a kew and there was always someone at the first desk. When it came to the rooms, they were decent, acceptable for the fact we wouldn’t be there often but the towels!!! They never had enough towels in the room. I just feel like if you have a room booked for 4 people, there should at least be enough for that many. We did have an incident where housekeeping made our bed with dirty/moldy sheets. We called to get our bed remade and the most they did was drop off the materials for us to make. And they only dropped off a fleece blanket and a top sheet. I had to go to the front desk to get them to bring us up fresh everything and to get it remade for us. They did it but I just feel like every time we called the front desk for something it was always a hassle to get it. Either we waited a long time for it or we had to go get it ourselves. We definitely tried our best to remain respectful but it just felt like we were an inconvenience to them.
