Rixon, Cony, Erinn were all fantastic. I enjoyed the bar staff at the hotel as well. The in-room dining was impossible to reach over the phone. Also, left my tray outside of the room overnight which was gross. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and may return.

Hotel room was immaculate. The hotel itself smelled soooo good. It was also extremely clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location is great. Definitely my favorite in D.C. and I will definitely be staying there again soon.

The property was nice but be careful when booking with Expedia. I always use Expedia but this time the experience was not good. I booked a Riverview room and paid extra money because I wanted the view and when I checked into the hotel they stated the listing was incorrect on Expedia's website and this happens all the time. I was very upset because I spent a lot of money with hopes of having the room I paid for. The room we were assigned to was nice and spacious but did not have heat so we had to be moved to another room the next day.
