Room didn't match the pics on the booking app, it was burn marks on the blankets in the room... I barely wanted to sleep on the bed cause it felt like somethin was bitin my arms and the tv remote didn't work, no area to get ice or drinks and there wasnt a refrigerator in the room... it was an awful experience there... would NEVER stay there again, the motel 6 out in NY are way better than this crap...

This room was absolutely disgusting. The blankets had holes and stains, the sheets had hair on them, and the sheets were dirty. The bathroom had hair in the toilet and in the shower.

When we arrived, there were no towels and no pillow cases. The bed was not made and there was a cockroach in the toilet. The deadbolt good not inspire safety as it barely held and actually once locked, we could not get out. Heard sirens all night and only had 7 channels 3 in Spanish. There was also caution tape out in front of our door and we were only given one set of towels. The pillows were stained as well.

The property is poorly maintained which would be forgivable considering the low price point but what is unforgivable is how filthy my room was. Hairs in the sink, in the bath tub and all over the floor. The Floors and all counter surfaces had clearly not been wiped down and had smears and various spills on them. Mold in the tub. I really didn’t want to touch anything which is an unfortunate thing to feel in a room. I informed the front desk about the room not being clean and he wrote something down on a peace of paper - and that was all. Other issues included the seal on the door was non-existent so noise, light and air from the street (and probably bugs) flowed through the entry. No shampoo or conditioner provided. Phone and TV not working properly. People in the parking lot cat-calling me as I exited my room. Noise from the highway. Bad lighting. No coffee or mini fridge. I’m no stranger to budget hotels but this one is the worst I’ve stayed at…. Mainly due to the filthy condition of my room.

Should be cheaper if you have roaches
The price should’ve been lower, there were giant roaches in the parking lot and one dead one in our room. And the ice machine didn’t work, mold in bathroom, the bed was sinking in the middle and was very uncomfortable. Only 2 pillows on a king bed and the blanket was like a curtain, not a real blanket. Other than that, it’s good to just sleep in if you’re not gonna spend much time in the room.

Amazing Location but such a shame about condition
When we looked at our room we were very disappointed with the smell was supposed to be Non smoking. Ned covers had burn marks. Towels in part were Thread bare. No room service second night. No new towels. When we asked for more . The manager gave my wife one that was torn down one side. Then later they came back with two hand Towels.

Terrible , rundown and outdated , needs massive renovations and up keep and maintenance. Staff cant even speak English properly ,Feels dodgy and dingy and unsafe. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone
